The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette received first place for normal excellence among the many state’s largest day by day newspapers Saturday within the Arkansas Press Affiliation’s Higher Newspaper Contest.
The competition, which was judged by members of the Wisconsin Press Affiliation, acknowledges newspaper editors, writers, photographers and designers for work produced in 2021.
Second place within the normal excellence class for big dailies was the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Third place went to the Texarkana Gazette.
Along with profitable first place within the normal excellence class, the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette received first locations awards for characteristic story, collection reporting, sports activities information story,
