Springfield businesses can help with meal prep

It won’t be long now before you-know-who comes hopping down the bunny trail.

Dining out options are still limited, though — unlike last year — not completely off the table this Easter holiday.

Here are some local businesses that can help with the kitchen work April 4 whether dining out or at home.

Engrained Brewery & Restaurant is serving a brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Easter Sunday.

Local farm ham will be featured on the carving station, as well as bacon and sausage. Other selections include pulled pork sliders, cheese curds, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, scratch-made cinnamon rolls, French toast and breakfast potatoes.

Cost is $24.99 for adults, $9.99 for children ages 5 to 12. Children 4 and younger eat for free. Reservations required. Phone: 217-546-3054.

The restaurant is at 1120 Lincolnshire Blvd.
